Duo Keyの使い方とお問い合わせ。iOS 17以降に対応しています。
他のアプリで使うには？
Duo Keyを一度開いた後、iOSの「設定 → 一般 → キーボード → キーボード → 新しいキーボードを追加」からDuo Keyを追加します。入力中に地球儀キーを長押ししてDuo Keyへ切り替えてください。アプリ内の「追加したキーボードで試す」でも確認できます。
フルアクセスは必要ですか？
通常の文字入力と日本語変換には不要です。キーボード拡張で触覚フィードバックを使いたい場合だけ、iOSの「設定 → 一般 → キーボード → キーボード → Duo Key」で「フルアクセスを許可」をオンにしてください。許可しても入力内容の収集や通信は行いません。
日本語入力と変換の方法は？
キーボード左上の「ABC／あ」で日本語へ切り替え、ローマ字で入力します。たとえば「nihongo」で「にほんご」と入力できます。候補をタップするか、Spaceで変換候補を選び、確定キーで決定します。文節の候補を確定した場合は、残りの読みの変換を続けられます。「-」で長音「ー」を入力できます。
左右の表示やキーの色を変えるには？
アプリのツールバーのスライダーアイコン「キーボード設定」を開きます。「左右別の表示を使う」をオンにすると、左と右をQWERTY・数字・記号・絵文字・表示しないから選べます。少なくとも片側は表示します。配色と閉じるキーの表示もここで変更できます。アプリ内のお試しにはすぐ反映され、実際のキーボードには次に表示したとき反映されます。
画面を開閉するとキーボードはどうなりますか？
画面が広いときは左右に2面、狭いときは1面になります。左右別表示の設定は広い画面で適用され、折り畳んだ状態などの狭い画面では通常の1面QWERTYへ戻ります。実際に使える幅はiOSと入力先アプリが決めるため、横向きや分割表示では表示が異なる場合があります。
キーのサイズや片手配置を変えるには？
キーボード右上のメニューで「ミニ・標準・ゆったり」を選べます。狭い画面の縦向きでは片手キーボードの左寄せ・中央・右寄せも選べます。アプリ内のお試しと、他アプリで使う実際のキーボードのサイズ・触覚設定は別々に保存されます。
キーを押しても振動しません
キーボード右上メニューの触覚フィードバックをオンにし、実際のキーボード拡張ではフルアクセスも許可してください。振動の有無は端末の対応状況やiOSの触覚設定にも依存します。シミュレーターでは振動そのものを確認できません。
パスワード欄で標準キーボードになります
パスワードや電話番号などの入力欄、他社キーボードを許可しないアプリでは、iOSが標準キーボードを表示します。通常の入力欄へ移動したら、必要に応じて地球儀キーからDuo Keyを選んでください。保存済みパスワードの候補は入力先アプリ・サイトとiOSが提供します。
入力した文章は保存・送信されますか？
Duo Keyは入力と変換を端末内で処理し、独自の入力履歴や変換学習は保存しません。当方や外部の変換サービスへの送信も行いません。キーボードの表示設定だけを端末内に保存します。入力先アプリへ渡った文章の扱いは、そのアプリの設定とプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

How do I use Duo Key in another app?
Open Duo Key once, then go to iOS Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard and add Duo Key. While typing, hold the globe key and choose Duo Key. The in-app option for trying the installed keyboard also provides a normal text field for testing.
Do I need to allow Full Access?
No permission is needed for normal typing or Japanese conversion. Only enable Allow Full Access in Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Duo Key if you want haptic feedback in the keyboard extension. Granting permission does not enable collection of your input or network communication.
How do I type and convert Japanese?
Use ABC/あ at the top left to switch to Japanese, then type in romaji. For example, nihongo produces にほんご. Tap a candidate, or use Space to select conversion candidates and the confirm key to accept. When you accept a clause candidate, you can continue converting the remaining reading. The hyphen key enters the long-vowel mark ー.
How do I change the left/right panels or colors?
Open Keyboard Settings using the sliders icon in the app toolbar. Enable independent left/right panels to choose QWERTY, numbers, symbols, emoji, or hidden for each side. At least one side must remain visible. You can also change the color theme and dismiss-key visibility. Changes appear immediately in the demo and the next time the installed keyboard opens.
What happens when the display opens or closes?
A wide display uses two keyboard panels; a narrow one uses a single panel. Custom left/right contents apply on a wide display. A narrow or closed display returns to the normal single QWERTY layout. iOS and the app you are typing in determine the available width, so landscape and Split View can produce different layouts.
How do I adjust size or one-handed alignment?
Use the keyboard's top-right menu to choose Mini, Standard, or Roomy. On a narrow display in portrait, you can also choose left, center, or right one-handed alignment. The in-app demo and the keyboard used in other apps store size and haptic preferences separately.
Why is there no vibration?
Turn on haptic feedback in the keyboard menu and, for the actual keyboard extension, allow Full Access. Haptic feedback also depends on device support and iOS settings. The simulator cannot reproduce physical vibration.
Why does a password field show the standard keyboard?
iOS uses its standard keyboard in password or telephone fields and in apps that disallow third-party keyboards. In a normal text field, use the globe key to select Duo Key again if needed. Saved-password suggestions are provided by the app or website and iOS.
Is my typed text stored or transmitted?
Duo Key processes typing and conversion on your device, without keeping its own typing history or learning from your input. It does not send input to us or an external conversion service. Only keyboard preferences are saved locally. Text passed to another app is handled according to that app's settings and privacy policy.

다른 앱에서 사용하려면 어떻게 하나요?
Duo Key를 한 번 연 다음 iOS 설정 → 일반 → 키보드 → 키보드 → 새로운 키보드 추가에서 Duo Key를 추가합니다. 입력 중 지구본 키를 길게 눌러 Duo Key를 선택하세요. 앱 내 설치한 키보드 체험 메뉴에서도 일반 입력란을 통해 확인할 수 있습니다.
전체 접근을 허용해야 하나요?
일반 문자 입력과 일본어 변환에는 필요하지 않습니다. 키보드 확장 기능에서 햅틱 피드백을 사용하려는 경우에만 설정 → 일반 → 키보드 → 키보드 → Duo Key에서 전체 접근 허용을 켜세요. 허용해도 입력 내용 수집이나 네트워크 통신을 하지 않습니다.
일본어 입력과 변환은 어떻게 하나요?
왼쪽 위의 ABC/あ로 일본어로 전환한 뒤 로마자로 입력합니다. 예를 들어 nihongo를 입력하면 にほんご가 됩니다. 후보를 탭하거나 Space로 변환 후보를 고른 뒤 확정 키로 결정합니다. 문절 후보를 확정하면 남은 읽기의 변환을 계속할 수 있습니다. 하이픈 키로 장음 기호 ー를 입력할 수 있습니다.
좌우 패널이나 색상을 바꾸려면 어떻게 하나요?
앱 도구 모음의 슬라이더 아이콘으로 키보드 설정을 엽니다. 좌우 개별 표시를 켜면 각 패널을 QWERTY, 숫자, 기호, 이모지 또는 숨김으로 설정할 수 있습니다. 최소한 한쪽은 표시해야 합니다. 색상과 키보드 닫기 키의 표시 여부도 변경할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 체험에는 즉시, 실제 키보드에는 다음에 표시할 때 반영됩니다.
화면을 펼치거나 접으면 어떻게 되나요?
넓은 화면에서는 두 패널, 좁은 화면에서는 한 패널을 표시합니다. 좌우 개별 표시 설정은 넓은 화면에 적용되며 접힌 상태 등의 좁은 화면에서는 일반 단일 QWERTY로 돌아갑니다. 사용 가능한 너비는 iOS와 입력 대상 앱이 정하므로 가로 화면이나 분할 보기에서는 배치가 달라질 수 있습니다.
크기와 한 손 키보드 정렬은 어떻게 바꾸나요?
키보드 오른쪽 위 메뉴에서 미니, 표준, 넉넉한 크기를 선택할 수 있습니다. 좁은 화면의 세로 방향에서는 왼쪽, 가운데, 오른쪽 한 손 정렬도 선택할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 체험용 키보드와 다른 앱에서 쓰는 실제 키보드의 크기·햅틱 설정은 각각 따로 저장됩니다.
키를 눌러도 진동하지 않아요
키보드 메뉴에서 햅틱 피드백을 켜고 실제 키보드 확장 기능에는 전체 접근도 허용하세요. 진동은 기기 지원 여부와 iOS 햅틱 설정에도 영향을 받습니다. 시뮬레이터에서는 실제 진동을 확인할 수 없습니다.
비밀번호 입력란에서 기본 키보드가 나와요
비밀번호·전화번호 입력란이나 타사 키보드를 허용하지 않는 앱에서는 iOS가 기본 키보드를 표시합니다. 일반 입력란으로 이동한 뒤 필요하면 지구본 키로 Duo Key를 다시 선택하세요. 저장된 비밀번호 후보는 입력 대상 앱·웹사이트와 iOS에서 제공합니다.
입력한 문장은 저장·전송되나요?
Duo Key는 문자 입력과 변환을 기기 안에서 처리하며 자체 입력 기록이나 입력 학습 정보를 저장하지 않습니다. 운영자나 외부 변환 서비스로 보내지도 않습니다. 키보드 설정만 기기에 저장합니다. 입력 대상 앱에 전달된 문장은 그 앱의 설정과 개인정보 처리방침을 확인해 주세요.
