Duo Key — プライバシーポリシー

1. 運営者と対象

atureal（運営者：Maruta Takuro）は、iOS向けキーボードアプリ「Duo Key」における情報の取り扱いを以下のとおり定めます。Duo Keyは、画面の利用可能な広さに合わせたキーボードと、英数字入力・日本語のローマ字入力およびかな漢字変換を提供します。独自のアカウント登録やログインは不要です。

2. 入力した文字と変換候補

キー操作、入力中の文字および変換候補は、文字入力と候補表示のため端末内で一時的に処理します。日本語変換は同梱の変換エンジンと辞書、英語の補完候補はiOSのローカル辞書を利用します。入力内容を当方のサーバーや外部の変換サービスへ送信しません。

入力した文章をDuo Key独自の入力履歴として記録・永続保存することはなく、変換学習も行いません。確定した文字や入力中の文字は、iOSのキーボード機能を通じて入力先のアプリへ渡されます。入力先のアプリやWebサイトによる保存・送信は、そのサービスの設定やプライバシーポリシーに従います。

3. 端末内に保存する設定

使い方に合わせた表示を維持するため、次の設定を端末内に保存します。設定は、アプリまたはキーボードのメニューから変更できます。

左右の表示内容、配色、閉じるキーの表示設定は、アプリ本体とキーボード拡張が共通で使う端末内の保存領域（App Group）で共有します。この共有領域に入力した文章は保存しません。アプリ内のお試しキーボードと実際のキーボードのサイズ・触覚設定は、それぞれの保存領域で管理します。Duo Key独自のクラウド同期は行いません。

• キーボードのサイズと片手キーボードの配置

• 展開時の左右の表示内容、配色、閉じるキーの表示

4. フルアクセスの許可

キーボード拡張で触覚フィードバックを使う場合に限り、iOSの「フルアクセスを許可」を任意でオンにできます。許可しなくても、英数字入力・日本語変換と共通の表示設定を利用できます。

フルアクセスを許可しても、Duo Keyは入力内容の収集・外部送信や通信を行いません。許可はiOSの「設定 → 一般 → キーボード → キーボード → Duo Key」から変更できます。アプリが許可スイッチを自動で変更することはありません。

5. 広告・解析・第三者提供

Duo Keyには広告SDK、行動解析SDKおよびトラッキング機能を組み込んでいません。アプリから当方へ入力内容や利用履歴を自動送信する処理はなく、当方はキーボードの入力情報を収集・販売・第三者提供しません。AppleによるOSやApp Store、端末の診断・バックアップなどの情報の取り扱いは、ユーザーの設定およびAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

6. 保存期間と削除

設定は、ユーザーが変更するか、アプリのデータを削除するまで端末内に保持します。Duo Keyのアプリを端末から削除すると、端末内のアプリの設定データが削除されます。「Appを取り除く」操作やキーボード一覧から外す操作では、設定が残る場合があります。Appleのバックアップに含まれる情報は、Appleのバックアップ管理機能で管理してください。

当方のサーバーに入力履歴を保持していないため、当方が入力履歴を確認・書き出し・代理削除することはできません。入力先のアプリへ渡った文章は、そのアプリ側で管理・削除してください。

7. お問い合わせとWebサイト

お問い合わせで受け取ったメールアドレス、本文、添付資料は、回答や不具合調査に必要な範囲と期間で使用・保管します。実際に入力した私的な文章、パスワード、Apple Account情報などは送らないでください。お問い合わせ情報の削除についてもhello@atureal.comへご相談いただけます。

本ページを含むaturealのWebサイトでは、サイトの利用状況を把握するためGoogle Analyticsを使用します。これはDuo Keyアプリ内の処理とは別のもので、キーボードで入力した文章をWebサイトの解析へ送信する機能ではありません。WebサイトにおけるGoogleの情報の取り扱いは、Googleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

8. 変更と連絡先

アプリの機能や情報の取り扱いに変更が生じた場合、本ページを更新します。重要な変更がある場合は、適切な方法でお知らせします。

1. Operator and scope

atureal (operator: Maruta Takuro) explains below how the iOS keyboard app Duo Key handles information. Duo Key provides a keyboard that adapts to the available display area, English and numeric input, and Japanese romaji input with kana-kanji conversion. No separate account or login is required.

2. Typed text and conversion candidates

Key actions, composing text, and conversion candidates are temporarily processed on your device to provide typing and suggestions. Japanese conversion uses a bundled conversion engine and dictionary; English completions use the local iOS dictionary. Your input is not sent to our servers or an external conversion service.

Duo Key does not record or persist your text as its own typing history and does not learn from your input. Composing and confirmed text is passed to the app you are typing in through the iOS keyboard system. Storage or transmission by that app or website is governed by its own settings and privacy policy.

3. Settings stored on your device

The following settings are saved locally to maintain your preferences. You can change them in the app or keyboard menu.

The app and keyboard extension share panel contents, color theme, and the dismiss-key preference through a local App Group container. Typed text is not saved in that container. Size and haptic preferences for the in-app demo and the actual keyboard are stored separately. Duo Key does not provide its own cloud synchronization.

4. Allow Full Access

You may optionally enable Allow Full Access in iOS to use haptic feedback in the keyboard extension. English and numeric typing, Japanese conversion, and shared display settings work without this permission.

Granting Full Access does not cause Duo Key to collect or transmit your input or make network requests. You can change the permission in iOS Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Duo Key. The app does not change this switch automatically.

5. Advertising, analytics, and sharing

Duo Key includes no advertising SDK, behavioral analytics SDK, or tracking feature. The app does not automatically send your typed text or usage history to us. We do not collect, sell, or disclose keyboard input to third parties. Apple's handling of information for iOS, the App Store, device diagnostics, and backups follows your settings and Apple's privacy policy.

6. Retention and deletion

Settings remain on your device until you change them or delete the app data. Deleting the Duo Key app removes its local settings. Offloading the app or removing it from the keyboard list may retain settings. Manage information included in Apple backups through Apple's backup settings.

We do not hold typing history on our servers, so we cannot inspect, export, or delete such a history on your behalf. Manage or delete text passed to another app within that app.

7. Support requests and this website

Email addresses, messages, and attachments received for support are used and retained as needed to answer your request and investigate problems. Do not send private text you have typed, passwords, or Apple Account information. You can also contact hello@atureal.com about deleting support correspondence.

The atureal website, including this page, uses Google Analytics to understand website usage. This is separate from the Duo Key app and is not a feature that sends keyboard input to website analytics. See Google's privacy policy for how Google handles information on websites using its services.

8. Changes and contact

We will update this page when the app's features or information handling changes, and provide appropriate notice of important changes.

atureal(운영자: Maruta Takuro)은 iOS 키보드 앱 Duo Key의 정보 처리 방식을 아래와 같이 안내합니다. Duo Key는 사용 가능한 화면 크기에 맞춘 키보드, 영문·숫자 입력, 일본어 로마자 입력 및 가나·한자 변환 기능을 제공합니다. 별도의 계정 가입이나 로그인은 필요하지 않습니다.

2. 입력한 문자와 변환 후보

키 조작, 입력 중인 문자와 변환 후보는 문자 입력과 후보 표시를 위해 기기 안에서 일시적으로 처리됩니다. 일본어 변환에는 앱에 포함된 변환 엔진과 사전을, 영문 자동 완성 후보에는 iOS의 로컬 사전을 사용합니다. 입력 내용을 운영자의 서버나 외부 변환 서비스로 보내지 않습니다.

Duo Key는 입력한 문장을 자체 입력 기록으로 기록·영구 저장하지 않으며 입력 내용을 학습하지 않습니다. 입력 중인 문자와 확정한 문자는 iOS 키보드 기능을 통해 입력 대상 앱에 전달됩니다. 해당 앱이나 웹사이트의 저장·전송은 그 서비스의 설정과 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

3. 기기에 저장하는 설정

사용자의 선택을 유지하기 위해 다음 설정을 기기에 저장합니다. 설정은 앱 또는 키보드 메뉴에서 변경할 수 있습니다.

앱과 키보드 확장 기능은 패널 내용, 색상, 키보드 닫기 키 표시 설정을 기기 내 공통 저장 영역(App Group)에서 공유합니다. 이 영역에는 입력한 문장을 저장하지 않습니다. 앱 내 체험용 키보드와 실제 키보드의 크기·햅틱 설정은 각각 따로 저장합니다. Duo Key 자체 클라우드 동기화는 제공하지 않습니다.

4. 전체 접근 허용

키보드 확장 기능에서 햅틱 피드백을 사용하려면 iOS의 전체 접근 허용을 선택적으로 켤 수 있습니다. 허용하지 않아도 영문·숫자 입력, 일본어 변환과 공통 표시 설정을 사용할 수 있습니다.

전체 접근을 허용해도 Duo Key는 입력 내용을 수집·외부 전송하거나 네트워크 통신을 하지 않습니다. iOS 설정 → 일반 → 키보드 → 키보드 → Duo Key에서 권한을 변경할 수 있습니다. 앱이 이 스위치를 자동으로 변경하지 않습니다.

5. 광고·분석·제3자 제공

Duo Key에는 광고 SDK, 행동 분석 SDK와 추적 기능이 없습니다. 앱은 입력 내용이나 사용 기록을 운영자에게 자동 전송하지 않습니다. 운영자는 키보드 입력 정보를 수집·판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. iOS, App Store, 기기 진단과 백업 등 Apple의 정보 처리는 사용자의 설정과 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

6. 보관 기간과 삭제

설정은 사용자가 변경하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. Duo Key 앱을 삭제하면 기기의 앱 설정 데이터가 삭제됩니다. 앱 정리하기 또는 키보드 목록에서 제거하는 동작만으로는 설정이 남을 수 있습니다. Apple 백업에 포함된 정보는 Apple의 백업 관리 기능에서 관리해 주세요.

운영자의 서버에 입력 기록을 보관하지 않으므로 운영자가 입력 기록을 확인·내보내기·대신 삭제할 수 없습니다. 입력 대상 앱에 전달된 문장은 해당 앱에서 관리·삭제해 주세요.

7. 지원 문의와 웹사이트

문의로 받은 이메일 주소, 메시지와 첨부 자료는 답변과 문제 조사에 필요한 범위와 기간 동안 사용·보관합니다. 실제 입력한 사적인 문장, 비밀번호와 Apple 계정 정보는 보내지 마세요. 문의 정보의 삭제도 hello@atureal.com으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
