パカログ — プライバシーポリシー

1. 運営者と対象

atureal（運営者：Maruta Takuro）は、iOS向けアプリ「パカログ」（バンドルID：jp.atureal.pacapaca）における情報の取り扱いを以下のとおり定めます。パカログは、対応する端末の開閉を記録し、回数や時刻を振り返るアプリです。独自のアカウント登録やログインは不要です。

2. 開閉の記録と端末内保存

開閉の種類・時刻・角度・記録経路、手入力・編集した記録、集計、数え方や導入前の回数などの設定を端末内に保存します。ウィジェットは端末内の共有領域にある集計データを読み取ります。開閉の記録を当方のサーバーへ送信する機能はありません。記録の時刻・回数・角度・CSVを広告SDKへ渡す処理もありません。

アプリの使用中は対応する端末の公開ヒンジAPIを使用し、それ以外の記録にはご本人が設定したショートカットの自動化を利用します。ショートカットの取り込みや自動化の設定は、ご本人が開始するiOSの機能です。パカログ独自のクラウド同期は行いません。Appleによる端末の診断・バックアップ等の取り扱いは、ユーザーの設定とAppleのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

3. 広告SDKが取り扱う情報

無料での利用を支えるため、Google Mobile Ads SDK（AdMob）の全画面広告とGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用します。広告配信、測定、不正防止、診断、SDKの動作改善、地域に応じた同意の確認などのため、Googleおよびそのパートナーが以下の情報を処理する場合があります。おおよその位置情報には、IPアドレスから推定した地域が含まれます。

端末やアプリに関する識別子、広告の表示・操作などの情報は、端末等の識別情報と関連付けられる場合があります。これらは開閉の記録とは別にSDK自身が扱う情報です。Googleによる処理、保存期間および削除は、Googleのプライバシーポリシーとサービスの条件に従います。アプリ内の記録の削除でGoogleが保持する広告・診断情報まで削除されるわけではありません。

• IPアドレス由来のおおよその位置情報
• 端末やアプリに関する識別子
• 広告の表示・操作と製品の操作情報
• クラッシュ、パフォーマンス、その他の診断情報

4. 同意と広告のプライバシー設定

アプリは広告のパーソナライズとPublisher First-Party IDを無効にし、App Tracking Transparency（ATT）の許可は要求しません。同意が必要な地域ではGoogleの同意フォームを表示します。Googleが必要と判定する場合、設定画面の「広告のプライバシー設定」から選択内容を変更できます。

広告解除の購入が確認された後は、新たな広告の読み込みと表示を停止します。購入前にGoogleへ送信された情報が削除されることを意味するものではありません。

5. 広告解除の購入

広告解除はApp Storeを利用する非消耗型の買い切り商品です。決済はAppleが処理し、アプリはStoreKitを通じて購入権利を確認します。アプリや当方がカード番号等の決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。購入情報を当方のサーバーへ送信する機能はありません。

再インストールや端末変更の際は、購入時と同じApple Accountを使用して、設定画面の「購入を復元」を実行できます。Appleによる購入承認・返金・購入権利の変更は、購入情報の更新時に反映されます。Appleの取引情報の保存と取り扱いはAppleの規約とプライバシーポリシーに従います。

6. 共有、保存期間と削除

記録はご本人が削除するまで端末内に保持します。CSVの書き出しを選んだ場合は、ご本人が選択した保存先や共有相手へ記録を渡します。共有後の取り扱いは、選択したサービスや共有相手の方針に従います。

開閉の記録は記録画面から個別またはまとめて削除できます。削除した記録をアプリ内で元に戻すことはできません。アプリの削除時にはiOSの管理に従って端末内のアプリデータが削除されます。「Appを取り除く」ではデータが残る場合があります。共有済みCSVやAppleのバックアップ等は同時に削除されるとは限らないため、それぞれの保存先で管理してください。

7. お問い合わせとWebサイト

お問い合わせで受け取るメールアドレス、本文、添付資料は、回答や不具合調査に必要な範囲と期間で使用・保管します。調査に不要な私的な記録、Apple Accountの情報、パスワード、決済情報は送らないでください。お問い合わせ情報の削除についてもhello@atureal.comへご相談いただけます。

本ページを含むaturealのWebサイトでは、サイトの利用状況を把握するためGoogle Analyticsを使用します。これはパカログの開閉記録を送信する処理とは別のものです。Webサイト上でのGoogleによる情報の取り扱いはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

8. 変更と連絡先

法令、アプリの機能、外部サービスや情報の取り扱いの変更に応じて、本ページの内容と更新日を改定します。重要な変更がある場合は適切な方法でお知らせします。

1. Operator and scope

atureal (operator: Maruta Takuro) explains how the iOS app Pacapaca, displayed as パカログ in Japanese (bundle ID: jp.atureal.pacapaca), handles information. The app records opening and closing events on supported devices and helps you review counts and times. No separate account or login is required.

2. Fold records and local storage

Event type, time, hinge angle, recording source, manually added or edited records, summaries, and preferences such as counting mode and prior counts are stored on your device. Widgets read summary data from a shared local container. The app does not send fold records to our servers or pass event times, counts, angles, or CSV files to the advertising SDKs.

While the app is in use, it uses the public hinge API on supported devices. Other automatic recording uses Shortcuts automations you configure. Importing shortcuts and setting up automations are iOS actions you initiate. The app does not provide its own cloud synchronization. Apple's handling of device diagnostics and backups follows your settings and Apple's privacy policy.

3. Information handled by advertising SDKs

The app uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) interstitial ads to support free use and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for consent. Google and its partners may process the following information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, SDK improvements, and regional consent management. Approximate location can include a region estimated from an IP address.

Device- or app-related identifiers, ad views, and interactions may be associated with a device or other identifiers. These are processed by the SDKs separately from your fold records. Google's processing, retention, and deletion practices follow its privacy policy and service terms. Deleting records in the app does not delete advertising or diagnostic information held by Google.

• Approximate location derived from an IP address

• Ad views, ad interactions, and product interaction data
• Crash, performance, and other diagnostic data

4. Consent and advertising privacy choices

The app disables ad personalization and Publisher First-Party ID and does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization. Google's consent form is shown where required. When Google requires an entry point for privacy choices, you can revisit those choices from the advertising privacy option in the app's Settings.

After an ad-removal purchase is verified, the app stops loading and displaying new ads. This does not delete information already sent to Google before purchase.

5. Ad-removal purchases

Ad removal is a non-consumable, one-time purchase through the App Store. Apple processes payment, and the app uses StoreKit to verify purchase entitlement. The app and operator do not receive or store card numbers or other payment credentials. The app does not send purchase information to our servers.

After reinstalling or changing devices, use the same Apple Account you purchased with and choose Restore Purchases in Settings. Approvals, refunds, and entitlement changes made by Apple are reflected when purchase information updates. Apple's storage and handling of transaction information follows its terms and privacy policy.

6. Sharing, retention, and deletion

Records remain on your device until you delete them. When you choose to export a CSV, records are passed to the destination or recipient you select. Subsequent handling follows that service's or recipient's practices.

You can delete individual records or a selection from the records screen. Deleted records cannot be restored within the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data according to iOS behavior; offloading can retain data. Shared CSV files and Apple backups may remain and must be managed separately at their storage locations.

7. Support requests and this website

Email addresses, messages, and attachments received for support are used and retained as needed to answer your request and investigate problems. Do not send unnecessary private records, Apple Account details, passwords, or payment credentials. Contact hello@atureal.com about deletion of support correspondence.

The atureal website, including this page, uses Google Analytics to understand website usage. This is separate from the app and does not transmit fold records. See Google's privacy policy for its handling of information on websites using its services.

8. Changes and contact

We will update this page and its revision date when applicable law, app features, external services, or information handling changes, and provide appropriate notice of important changes.
